BIOGRAPHY:
Igor Seleznev was born in 1961 in the Altai. In 1987 he graduated with honors from the Moscow Higher School of Industrial Art (Strohanivka). Since 1992, member of the Moscow Union of Artists. Author personal exhibitions in Russia and abroad, the works are in museums and private collections.
